延迟破胶及强制裂缝闭合技术的研究及应用

采用延迟破胶技术,在压裂施工过程中加入不同浓度的胶囊破胶剂,利用它的延缓释放特性,使植物胶压裂液耐温、耐剪切稳定性增强,并且可以在不造成压裂液的流变性、滤失性和携砂性等过早丧失的前提下高浓度使用胶囊破胶剂。该技术与常规破胶技术相比,延缓释放率达50%,能更有效地清除液体残渣,减少压裂液对储层的伤害。同时由于有延缓破胶的特性,放喷采用相应的措施,可以降低支撑剂沉降速度,形成较好的沉砂剖面,提供高的裂缝导流能力,并且可以降低滤饼和压裂液残渣的伤害。     

聚合磷硫酸铁制备及净化含铅废水的试验研究

以钛白粉副产品绿矾为主要原料,氯酸钠作氧化剂,调节亚铁离子与硫酸根离子之间摩尔比后微波作用仅几分钟就能合成出液体聚合硫酸铁,并在此基础上加入磷酸根离子可得到所需絮凝剂--聚合磷硫酸铁;试验了该絮凝剂最佳合成工艺条件;采用该试剂净化含铅废水,取得了较好去除效果,并且探讨了除铅最佳试验条件.     

二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)及其聚合物研究新进展

二甲基二烯丙基氯化胺 ( DMDAAC)是一种水溶性阳离子单体 ,其均聚物和共聚物 ,高效价廉 ,可广泛应用于油田、造纸、水处理、医药等领域 ,引起了化学工作者的普遍关注。综述了近五年来DMDAAC单体的合成、聚合方法以及均聚物和共聚物研究应用新进展 ,并对今后的研究重点提出一些建议     

含氮杂环季铵盐缓蚀剂在CO2-3%NaCl溶液体系中的电化学行为

为控制CO2腐蚀，合成了含氮杂环季铵盐缓蚀剂9912-1，通过电化学实验，研究了该缓蚀剂在CO2-3％NaCl-H2O体系中对碳钢于25℃和90℃下的缓蚀行为。实验结果与挂片失重法测试的结果基本一致。低温下缓蚀效果优于高温下的缓蚀效果。而且该缓蚀剂与硫脲有很好的协同效应。Tafel曲线表明，该缓蚀过程是以控制阴极腐蚀为主，并对其缓蚀机理进行了初步探讨。     

氯化铵在含砷金银铅锌矿选别中的应用

某多金属铅锌矿含砷较高．采用常规铅、锌优先浮选方法，铅、锌精矿中砷含量超标。为了解决铅、锌精矿中砷超标的问题，在铅、锌粗、精选作业中加入氯化铵，成功地降低了铅、锌精矿中砷的含量，使铅、锌精矿质量合格．将这一结果应用于生产，取得了良好的效果。     

硫酸铵-氯化亚锡-孔雀绿体系浮选分离铂

研究了在盐酸介质中硫酸铵存在下氯化亚锡—孔雀绿—水体系浮选分离铂的方法。在最佳实验条件下，铂的浮选率可达100．0％，并与常见贱金属完全分离。     

Long-chain fatty ammonium quaternaries in papermaking

A series of long-chain quaternary ammonium halogen esters (UKK-chemicals), quaternary dimethyl tallow epoxypropyl ammonium halogens (EPK1), quaternary ditallow methyl epoxypropyl ammonium halogens (EPK2), and EPK2 oligomers (EPK2P) were synthesized. At acidic, neutral, or slightly basic conditions, EPK1-, EPK2-, EPK2P-, and UKK-chemicals operate as cationic chemicals. They can be used, for example, as stock sizings, surface sizings, or fixatives. Stock sizing, surface sizing, and fixative experiments indicate that EPK1-, EPK2-, EPK2P-, and UKK-chemicals function at least as well as or better than the corresponding synthetic chemicals used in papermaking.     

十六烷基辛基二甲基溴化铵和十六烷基癸基二甲基溴化铵的合成

合成了十六烷基辛基二甲基溴化铵和十六烷基癸基二甲基溴化铵两个新型杀生剂。用元素定量分析和红外光谱核磁共振谱等方法进行分析和结构鉴定。评定了两个化合物对硫酸盐还原菌的杀生作用。结果表明，两个化合物有很好的杀生效果。     

Pyrolysis-field ionization mass spectrometry of modified bagasse fractions

The fractions obtained from bagasse after activation with 17.5% NaOH, alternative alkylation with quarternary ammonium groups and extraction with 80% ethanol, water and 5% NaOH, were analyzed using pyrolysis-field ionization mass spectrometry (Py-FIMS). The proposed degradation products from lignin were mostly symmetric fragments containing two aromatic rings while the compounds formed from polysaccharides were the result of dehydration reactions. From the temperature-resolved Py-FIMS it could be seen that ethanol-lignin starts to degrade at temperatures lower than 180°C before the degradation of the hemicellulose fraction. The lignin markers are eliminated from hemicellulose fractions before the polysaccharide gasification starts. The quarternary ammonium groups are cleaved from the fractions at temperatures lower than 200°C.     

Chirality-antimicrobial relationship of quaternary ammonium cationics

Optically active and racemic quaternary ammonium cationics containing a chiral alkyl group, such as N,N-dimethyl-N-(1-phenylethyl)alkylammonium bromides were prepared and showed excellent antimicrobial properties against Gram positive and negative bacteria, with some exceptions, and against fungi. The influence of optical isomerism on their antimicrobial properties showed that the antimicrobial properties between racemic and optically active cationics were obscure. The order of activity of substituted alkyl groups was tetradecyl > dodecyl ° hexadecyl.
